The morning unfolds along the winter shoreline of Lake Lucerne, with curated photo stops and local stories that set the tone. By 10:00 we reach Engelberg, where the rotating Titlis Rotair gondola lifts us into a world of snow, ice, and crisp mountain air. At 3,020 metres, you’ll cross the Titlis Cliff Walk, Europe’s highest suspension bridge, and descend into the blue-lit Glacier Cave. Then, equipped with traction aids, you’ll join a certified alpine guide for a short roped walk along a prepared glacier ridge. This safe yet thrilling segment puts you right on the snowline, surrounded by the Bernese and Uri Alps.
At 11:30, lunch is served at your reserved window table in the Titlis Panorama Restaurant. Swiss mountain classics, such as cheese fondue or venison with rösti, are elevated by elegant presentation and glacier views. Timing is everything here, and your guide ensures you dine without the midday crowds.
After lunch, we trade steel cables for silent air. You’ll launch in tandem with an expert pilot from a snowy mid-mountain slope, paragliding down into the Engelberg valley. If winter winds close the sky, we pivot seamlessly to an equally thrilling alternative such as Glacier 3000’s dog sleds or Grindelwald’s First Flyer zipline, keeping your adrenaline peak intact.
Back in the van, we journey through the Bernese Oberland toward Lauterbrunnen for your day’s grand finale. Boarding a private helicopter, you’ll rise over the Eiger’s North Face, sweep past the Jungfrau summit, and trace the full length of the Aletsch Glacier, Europe’s longest river of ice. 10:00 – Ascent to Mount Titlis: Cliff Walk, Glacier Cave & Ridge Trek Arrive in Engelberg, where the rotating Titlis Rotair gondola lifts you 3,020 meters into an alpine world of ice and light.
