WaterMark Tour Switzerland

Overview:

ZURICH
Where Sophistication Never Sleeps

Zurich is Europe’s quiet capital of luxury, financial precision balanced by lakeside leisure, contemporary art, and impeccable taste. It’s a city that moves at its own rhythm: calm by day, electric by night.

With Watermark, Zurich transforms into your private suite of experiences. From high-fashion shopping to private museum access and sunset cruises, we craft a side of the city few ever see.

A DAY IN ZURICH: THE WATERMARK WAY

Morning, Lakeside Elegance
Start with a champagne breakfast cruise along the Gold Coast. Glide past waterfront villas while the city awakens beyond the mist.

Midday, Art and Architecture
Explore Zurich’s art world through a private tour of Kunsthaus Zürich or an appointment inside a contemporary collector’s home. Enjoy lunch at the Savoy Brasserie or on a rooftop terrace overlooking the old town.

Afternoon, Shopping and Indulgence
Your personal stylist leads you through Bahnhofstrasse’s designer houses, or join a chocolate artisan for a private tasting session and workshop. End with a curated spa treatment at The Dolder Grand, massage, views, and serenity.

Evening, Night in Style
Sip cocktails on a skyline terrace before dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Conclude with live jazz in a hidden cellar or a private transfer to Zurich’s illuminated lakefront for a final glass of wine beneath the stars.

When to Visit:

ZÜRICH AT ITS BEST

Autumn (September–November)
Crisp air, golden light, and culture in full swing. Early autumn blends big cinema moments with design and art; evenings are for wine boats on the lake and fireside dining in the Old Town. By late November, the city turns festive: illuminated squares, fondue chalets, and artisan markets under the Opera House and throughout the arcades.

Winter (December–February)
Zürich glows. Think Christmas villages at Sechseläutenplatz and in the Old Town, the “Singing Christmas Tree” and a spectacular light-and-culinary world in the courtyard of the National Museum. New Year’s Eve brings the lakefront celebration and midnight fireworks over the basin. It’s a season for spa suites, private chocolate ateliers, and slow, candlelit dinners.

Spring (March–May)
Return of terrace season. Gallery districts wake up, the lake path fills with joggers, and the hills turn emerald. Spring trade fairs, artisan weekends, and the Sechseläuten spring festival (with the Böögg) give the city its playful heartbeat. Pair it with private boat breakfasts, curated shopping, and vineyard lunches just outside town.

Summer (June–August)
The city lives outdoors. Rooftop aperitifs, river swims, open-air cinema, and the world’s largest techno parade pulsing along the lake. Zürich’s Latin festival, theater on the lakeshore, and street-food happenings keep weekends stacked. Book a sunset yacht, then finish with live jazz in a hidden courtyard.
