ZÜRICH AT ITS BEST
Autumn (September–November)
Crisp air, golden light, and culture in full swing. Early autumn blends big cinema moments with design and art; evenings are for wine boats on the lake and fireside dining in the Old Town. By late November, the city turns festive: illuminated squares, fondue chalets, and artisan markets under the Opera House and throughout the arcades.
Winter (December–February)
Zürich glows. Think Christmas villages at Sechseläutenplatz and in the Old Town, the “Singing Christmas Tree” and a spectacular light-and-culinary world in the courtyard of the National Museum.
