St. Moritz

Overview:
ST. MORITZ
Where Winter Was Born
St. Moritz isn’t just a resort, it’s a legend. Crystalline lakes, alpine glamour, and over a century of high-society heritage make it the world’s original luxury winter escape. Here, sunlit slopes meet champagne afternoons and fireside evenings.
With Watermark, St. Moritz becomes your personal playground of style and snow. Whether you arrive by private train, helicopter, or horse-drawn carriage, every moment is a study in exclusivity.
A DAY IN ST. MORITZ: THE WATERMARK WAY
Morning, Alpine Majesty
Begin with a private ski session or guided glacier walk before the lifts open. Your instructor tailors every run to your pace, with coffee waiting slope-side as the first light hits the peaks.
Midday, Gourmet at Altitude
Lunch in a panoramic mountaintop restaurant or a remote alpine hut accessible only by snowcat or helicopter. Local truffles, caviar, and fine Swiss wines redefine mountain dining.
Afternoon, Leisure and Luxury
Choose between private shopping in designer boutiques, curling lessons at the Olympic rink, or an appointment at a five-star spa with heated outdoor pools facing the Engadin.
Evening, Elegance After Dark
Arrive by horse-drawn carriage to a private fondue dinner on a frozen lake, or dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant followed by champagne at Badrutt’s Palace. Finish the evening beside the fire under the Engadin stars.

When to Visit:
ST. MORITZ AT ITS BEST
Autumn (September–November)
The Engadin valley glows like liquid gold. Larch forests flame against early snowcaps, and crystal-clear mornings mirror the sky in the lakes. It’s a quieter, rarer side of St. Moritz, a time for gallery weekends, crisp lake walks, and intimate chef’s tables. Harvest markets pop up in alpine villages, the air smells of pine and truffle, and every evening feels like the calm before the glittering season ahead.
Winter (December–February)
Then it happens: the snow arrives and St. Moritz transforms into the world’s most glamorous winter stage. The frozen lake becomes a playground for snow polo, racing thoroughbreds, and the world’s most exclusive car show on ice. Ski slopes sparkle with World Cup races by day, champagne dinners and candlelit soirées by night. It’s a season of speed, sparkle, and soft snow underfoot, the height of alpine elegance.
Spring (March–May)
Long bluebird days and an afterglow of celebration. March brings the great Engadin Skimarathon, music, and art-fair weekends that spill out of palace hotels. As the snow softens, terraces reappear, boutiques reopen with summer lines, and heli-skiing turns to heli-picnics. This is the Engadin in balance, still snowy at the peaks, already green in the valleys.
Summer (June–August)
When the lake melts, the party moves to water and meadow. Classic car rallies, jazz in intimate lounges, open-air concerts, and the grand Gourmet Festival’s new summer edition turn St. Moritz into an alpine Riviera. Sailboats and foils dance across Lake Silvaplana; evenings drift between art, cuisine, and long pink sunsets. Summer here is effortless luxury in motion.

Testimonials
Real journeys. Real stories. Real satisfaction.
"We just told Them what we liked, and somehow he built a trip better than anything we could’ve planned. Every hotel, every view, just spot on."

Caroline M.
"It didn’t feel like some cookie-cutter tour. I got to hike, eat like a king, and sleep in places I’d never find on my own. Totally worth it."

Marcus W.
"The heli ride was insane. I still can’t believe I did that. Jamal knew exactly where to push and where to chill. Legend."
